Who We Are
BMAI is a studio of passionate designers, architects, and thinkers bound by a common goal: to create meaningful spaces that elevate daily life and contribute positively to the communities they serve. Our backgrounds are diverse, our expertise broad — spanning residential, commercial, hospitality, and beyond — but what unites us is a shared belief in the power of thoughtful, individualized design.

We don’t subscribe to a signature style or a preordained formula. Instead, we begin each project with open minds and listening ears, focused on understanding what matters most to the people at the heart of the work. From there, we craft spaces that feel effortless, enduring, and uniquely suited to their purpose.

Our Process
For us, design is not just a phase — it’s a relationship. Our involvement starts with sketches on trace and carries through construction and beyond. We are hands-on partners throughout, guiding projects with creativity, clarity, and care.

Interior Design

Our interiors are developed hand-in-hand with the architecture to ensure a cohesive, layered, and intentional experience. We thoughtfully balance materials, light, and detail to create environments that enhance daily life and reflect the people who inhabit them.

Permitting Support

We understand the complexities of permitting and bring deep experience navigating local, national, and international requirements. From early strategy through final approvals, we handle the details so your project can move forward as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

Project Management

We guide projects from concept through completion with a steady, experienced hand. Our team manages consultants, contractors, and schedules to keep the process clear, organized, and focused on quality at every step.

BMAI is licensed and experienced working across both national and international markets. We bring the same thoughtful, hands-on approach wherever our projects take us. If your project requires us to travel, collaborate remotely, or navigate complex jurisdictions, we’re ready, willing, and able.
